The GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract allows Buckner Management and Technology the opportunity to deliver services to any federal government agency, and to state and local governments through cooperative purchasing.
WASHINGTON DC – March 30, 2017 – Buckner Management and Technology (BucknerMT), a Woman-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing management, supply chain and technology solutions, announced today that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded the company a new IT Schedule 70 contract. Awarded under the following codes, SIN 132-51 Information Technology (IT) Professional Services and SIN 132-56 Health Information Technology (IT) Services, this long-term contract adds BucknerMT to a pre-approved list of companies offering high-quality and cost-effective services to the government.
According to the GSA, “GSA Schedules are fast, easy, and effective contracting vehicles for both customers and vendors, establishing long-term government-wide contracts with commercial companies to provide access to millions of commercial products and services at volume discount pricing.” In short, the GSA Schedule was designed to simplify the procurement process and allow cooperative purchasing for federal agencies as well as state and local governments.
